What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a full workers’ compensation defense caseload from inception through resolution


• Develop litigation and budget strategies


• Conduct discovery and prepare cases for trial


• Draft motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents


• Attend court appearances, hearings, and trials


• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process


• Utilize strong negotiation and advocacy skills to represent clients effectively

• 5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience


• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
