To include regular work in Hampshire County and Franklin/North Quabbin
Occasional Remote Work from Home

SUPERVISOR: Economic Stability Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Rapid Rehousing Navigator is responsible for direct service to youth and young adults (YYA) 18-24 who are experiencing houselessness or are at risk of houselessness. The Navigation and Rapid Rehousing program provides case management and financial support appropriate to address immediate housing needs. The navigator connects youth and young adults to resources and benefits in the community; additionally supports access to safe, affordable, and sustainable housing. This position provides direct participant services. The navigator is responsible for understanding regulations and eligibility, data collection, and submission.
