Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Work Force Development Specialist 1

Work Force Development Specialist 1 (Boise, ID - Onsite)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

•        As a contractor for the Workforce
Development team, you will provide support for training and documentation
systems, training records, and content materials. 

•        Documentation Management

o   Monitor and follow up on documentation change
requests

o   Maintain documents using appropriate software,
standards, styles, and templates

o   Edit and proofread documentation

o   Work with content experts to maintain document
accuracy

o   Store documents in the appropriate repository
and follow data management requirements

o   Maintain documentation system data

•        Learning Management System Admin

o   Adhere to learning administrator and training
content standards

o   Monitor and follow up on training requests

o   Audit and update training content and
assignments

o   Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT)
certifications for controlled documents

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

•        Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

•        2 years of experience writing technical
documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (preference for
semiconductor domain).

•        Experience administering a learning management
system.

•        Experience with Microsoft 365 software
including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•        Experience with SharePoint.

•        2 years of experience in a manufacturing or
production environment.
