Working Foreman / Skilled Carpenter – Luxury Construction: Growth Opportunity to Superintendent

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Working Foreman / Skilled Carpenter who desires to grow their construction career. This is an opportunity for someone who loves being in the field, takes ownership, solves problems, and has the potential and desire to advance into a Superintendent role.

This is not temporary labor and not intended to be a dead-end carpenter position. For the right person who demonstrates leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to drive work in the field, there is an opportunity to develop and advance into a Superintendent position.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Support the Superintendent and field team with daily jobsite needs.
• Perform skilled carpentry and hands-on construction work.
• Build temporary walkways, ramps, overhead protection, and other wood installations.
• Handle doors, adjustments, punch items, and smaller field repairs.
• Identify and solve jobsite issues quickly.
• Work independently and complete assignments properly without constant supervision.
• Assist wherever needed to keep the project moving forward.
• Learn the coordination, communication, and field leadership responsibilities needed to progress toward Superintendent.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Strong carpentry and general construction skills.
• High-end residential or luxury construction experience preferred.
• Dependable, trustworthy, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Someone who takes ownership rather than simply putting in their hours.
• Professional and comfortable working in high-end client environments.
• Team-oriented with pride in quality workmanship.
• Desire and ability to grow into greater field leadership responsibility.
