Workplace Experience Associate

Key areas of responsibility

·       Greet visitors and assist with onsite needs

·       Support meeting spaces, shared areas, and workplace activities

·       Coordinate requests with facilities and service teams

·       Help maintain an organized, people-friendly environment

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

A good starting point for someone who is: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
