Depending on which position you are interested in, each has its own set of responsibilities. However, each position requires the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, players, vendors, and fellow team members.
• Represent the World Series of Poker in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Adhere to directions and instructions provided by supervisors and management.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all guests and employees.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, guest, and player information.
• Exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing guest or operational concerns.
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, operational, and security requirements applicable to the position.
• Support special projects, events, and operational needs as assigned.
• Assist guests by providing accurate information and directing them to appropriate resources when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to the overall success of WSOP events and operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• must be at least 21 at the time you apply
• Must be able to attain a Nevada Gaming Employee Registration from the Nevada Gaming Control Board
  • this requires an investment of up to $120 for all necessary fees and is good for five years
• All positions require walking, standing, sitting, and repetitive motions.
