XE Strategic Communication Specialist

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Strategic Communication Specialist to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This position will support strategic, operational, and tactical communications designed to strengthen internal and external messaging, outreach, public affairs, and organizational communications.

This position is tied to a future business opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate strategic communications supporting DC3 strategic, operational, and tactical communication efforts.
• Support internal and external messaging and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute marketing communication initiatives, including public relations, special events management, advertising, and brand awareness.
• Develop and maintain communication standards across multiple channels, including periodicals, web services, publications, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Support the development and distribution of news and informational content for internal and external audiences.
• Produce and disseminate communication products and services in accordance with applicable service-level agreements.
• Assist the DC3 Public Affairs Office in documenting strategic, operational, and tactical engagements.
• Support development and implementation of standard operating procedures that promote operational efficiency and continuity of operations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Must meet one of the following experience/education combinations:
• 12+ years of experience in strategic communications or a similar field; OR
• BA/BS with 8–10 years of relevant experience; OR
• MA/MS/MBA with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Intelligence or Cyberspace communications and/or Federal and/or DoW/DoD policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
