X-Ray Technologist - Full Time

JOB TITLE: X-Ray Technologist

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: To provide the highest level of service to Center for Orthpaedics' Radiology patients physicians. Performs X-Ray procedures for a busy orthopaedic medical practice as directed.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Practice Administrator

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: This position does not supervise any employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Perform X-ray procedures as ordered by CFO providers.


2. Ensure that patient's and physician's needs are met.


3. Ensure that all duties are performed in an efficient manner and in compliance with regulations.


4. Completes all procedures in PACS and ensures that all images are of good quality.


5. Assist clinical staff as needed.


6. Monitor equipment performance and notifies the supervisor of any repair assistance needed.


7. Performs other tasks as assigned.
