Position Summary

The Yoga Lead is an inspiring and charismatic leader with a passion for yoga and a knack for encouraging others to explore its benefits. Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented yoga teachers, fostering a culture of high-quality instruction and exceptional service, while cultivating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that empowers members to explore and deepen their yoga practice.
• Lead by example, teaching a minimum of 4 signature yoga classes per week that embody the LIFEPOWER YOGA ethos and ignite passion and inspire your team through your expertise
• Elevate the member experience by managing weekly 1:1 yoga sessions alongside engaging monthly workshops, fostering deeper connections and exploration of the yoga practice.
• Collaborate with other Yoga Teacher Training faculty to create a supportive and empowering learning environment that nurtures the growth and development of aspiring yoga teachers.
• Empower your teachers through regular discussions about the member experience, while guiding them towards professional development through revenue-generating programs and YTT opportunities.
• Manages a budget and drives participation to meet or exceed expectations.
  
  

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Experience with payroll review and approval
• Schedule Optimization
  
  

Education:

• Certified yoga teacher with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
  
  

Years of Experience:

• 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Payroll

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• LIFEPOWER YOGA 200-hour Yoga Certification
• 200-hour Yoga Certification
• Certified in all LIFEPOWER YOGA Signature Classes
• CPR Certification
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Social Media experience/skills
