The primary focus of the Repair Technician is to maintain the flow of repair work across their workbenches and to coordinate with the supervisor on any issues to prevent potential problems.

Responsibilities
- Repair components in accordance with applicable Component Maintenance Manuals, Engineering data, and/or other approved data.
- Complete repair work within the requested timeframe as provided by the supervisor.
- Maintain shop supply discipline by ensuring available resources are conserved and used efficiently.
- Ensure that a proper level of consumables is maintained to prevent work stoppage.
- Ensure tooling and test equipment within the work area is in good working order and proper maintained and stored.
- Coordinate with your supervisor any tool and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with supervisor on process improvement initiatives that will smooth flow, increase productivity and reduce shop flow days.
- Ensure that all work is compliant with Liebherr-Aerospace, customer requirements, FAA and EASA standards.
Repair Technician Trainer:
- Level 4 or above on shop scale required.
- Knowledgeable, able to complete within standard times, and effective at teaching others to trouble shoot assigned LRU.
Competencies
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Aviation Maintenance and License/Certification in Airframe / Power plant preferred.
Additional Requirements:
