Make a difference for youth and families in your community. JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring Child Welfare Specialists and Supervised Visitation Monitors in Washington County, PA. We are an employee-owned ESOP company guided by our KidsFirst! approach.
Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, including some evenings and weekends. In these field-based roles, you’ll support families through supervised visitation, safe transportation, advocacy, case management, crisis support, and community resource connections.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise parent-child visits and promote safety
- Provide advocacy, case management, and crisis support
- Connect families with housing, healthcare, counseling, and other resources
- Transport children and families to approved visits and services
- Document services and communicate with families, providers, and county partners
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; related education or experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
