This is full time ministerial position working 40+ hours a week including weekends.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experiance.

ROLE SUMMARY
The West Covina Youth Pastor/Director provides visionary leadership, spiritual direction, and direct supervision for the Youth ministry on the West Covina Campus. This role exists to help students far from God come near, by building a thriving culture of discipleship through community groups, student leadership, and engaging ministry environments.
As the Youth Pastor/Director, they take an active role in shepherding the youth of West Covina through intentional discipleship, mentoring, and a consistent, visible presence in the lives of students. They are responsible for championing the ONE&ALL vision, ensuring it translates effectively into the local schools and neighborhoods of West Covina, Covina, Azusa & Baldwin Park.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
Leadership & Supervision
- Lead the West Covina Youth team in recruiting, equipping, and building up volunteer team members to lead students through community groups.
- Manage and oversee the allocated spending of the West Covina Youth budget.
Shepherding & Discipleship
- Shepherd the youth of West Covina by being a consistent, relatable, and present mentor who actively engages in their spiritual formation.
- Engage the local West Covina community and schools, empowering students and leaders to be salt and light in their local campuses and neighborhoods.
- Equip leaders and students to run successful City Nights, ONE Nights, and weekend Jr. High groups where students grow toward Jesus.
- Partner with the Campus Discipleship Pastor and Central Next-Gen for West Covina/ONE Night baptisms.
- Engage West Covina parents with a comprehensive weekend discipleship strategy for themselves and their students.
Ministry Operations & Collaboration
- Attend West Covina Campus Meetings and collaborate with the Experience Team on O&A Youth graphics and social media.
- Create West Covina Youth specific social media content on a weekly basis for the @oneandallwc channel.
- Record youth ministry content, including writing and delivering biblical, age-appropriate sermons.
- Support and collaborate on Next-Gen Discipleship initiatives: ONEFEST, Summer Camps, and Leadership Development.
- Support Local Outreach initiatives.
ALL STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continue to grow as a follower of Christ, so that what you do overflows from your relationship with Him.
- Faithfully give to the Lord through ONE&ALL Church in a way that is consistent, sacrificial and follows the first fruit principle with a tithe being the benchmark to grow towards.
- Live out the ONE&ALL Staff Values in relationships with other staff, congregation and community.
- Serve at Easter and Christmas.
- Be on Campus Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Meet the scriptural requirements for an elder (though may not serve as an elder) by living a spiritually surrendered life leaning on the Holy Spirit for guidance and direction by spending consistent time in prayer and study of God’s Word.
- Participate in Weekend Services according to pastoral staff expectations.
- Participate in ONE&ALL’s Monthly All Church Prayer Nights.
- Perform sacerdotal duties on a regular basis as circumstances demand.
- Be available to the congregation before and after the weekend services.
