Must be fluent in English (Cannot have subpar grammar, or a lack of understanding of how English is spoken amongst natively English-speaking individuals)

Be coachable with a good attitude and willingness to adapt, adjust, and learn. 

The ability to research a variety of topics, including cyber security, VPNs, Tech, and if you have all that knowledge already that would be wonderful. 

You must have a conversational tone in your writing, not corporate or overly promotional. So basically use everyday language without unnecessary fancy jargon.
