Salary: $21 - $25 / hour, based on experience

(The Apprentice Technician position has a pay scale consisting of the following: Wages include base hourly compensation of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour)

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Technician to join our Service Team. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced Land Rover technicians while developing the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician. 

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services. 

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. 

• Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems under supervision. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

• Complete required Land Rover training courses and development programs. 

• Properly use tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems according to dealership and manufacturer standards. 

• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. 

• Automotive vocational training or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred. 

• Strong interest in automotive repair and vehicle technology. 

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 

Additional Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.  

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 

• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
