Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): 

To provide specialized event transportation support and coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  Coordinate logistics and provide transportation support for student activities off-campus  

• 
  

  Drive college vehicles (if authorized as certified driver).



• 
  

  Take photographs and manage files when needed.



• 
  

  Monitor compliance of office guidelines for off-campus activities.

• 
  

  Provide logistics support on demand for selected trips.



• 
  

  Attend meetings and training sessions if needed.



• 
  

  Supervise peer students’ activities.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) 

Required:

• 
  

  College Certified Driver



• 
  

  Strong Written and verbal communication skills



• 
  

  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desired:

  Experience with office’s activities and programs



• 
  

  Experience with event logistics on Campus
