CASA Tutor / SI Leader

Thank you for your interest in becoming a CASA Tutor and/or SI Leader 

To indicate your interest in one or both of these positions, please complete all questions below. Once your application has been submitted, a staff member will contact you to discuss your application further.

Note:

CASA student tutors are required to have IPFW faculty recommendations to begin work. Tutors and SI Leaders are required to have taken the course they wish to support (or equivalent), have received an A or B in the class, and have the recommendation of an IPFW professor teaching that course.
