Civil Engineering Intern/Co-op - Infrastructure (Summer 2027)

Your Opportunity

Our Dynamic New York City Civil team is looking for an intern for the Summer of 2027.

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Assist engineers in the preparation of contract documents and reports for a variety of civil engineering projects ranging from roadways, parks, recreational space, waterfront, ADA accessibility, and transit facilities. 


• Responsibilities include computer aided design and drafting, checking drawings and calculations, quantity take-offs, simple design calculations, and field inspections.

Your Capabilities and Credentials 

• Minimum requirements include prior exposure to CAD Design programs (AutoCAD/MicroStation), and current good academic standing in accredited engineering school.


• Past experience with Civil 3D and/or Bentley Inroads/Openroads Designer is preferred. 


• This position requires a 40hr/week commitment.

Education and Experience 

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Civil Engineering Program

Typical office environment involves working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Summer Interns are expected to work 40hrs/week minimum in the office.
