What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in health status
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Document care accurately in our electronic health record system
