About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Project Management Intern to join our Miami team immediately. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to the day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction and project management.
This is a full-time, on-site position (9 AM – 6 PM) and requires a 6-month commitment. Candidates must have a background in construction, whether through education, prior experience, or both.Must have access to a car and valid driver's license.
Internship Compensation
$2,500/month stipend
Commute expenses covered
This internship is designed as a long-term growth path within the company, with the intention of transitioning into an Assistant Project Manager role and eventually a Project Manager position.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish
Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates
Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects
Assist with client communication throughout project phases
Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples
Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs
Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings
Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams

Qualifications
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Strong interest in construction and project management
Background in construction through education, internships, or hands-on experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership
