Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health is currently seeking a talented and motivated Co-Op to join the Talent, Learning, Culture & Organizational Development team within Human Resources at our Johns Creek, GA location. 

This position provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, including Culture & Engagement, Leadership and Learning Development, Talent Acquisition, Academic Relations, and Strategic Talent Development. The Co-Op will work closely with HR professionals and business leaders to support key talent initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and build future talent pipelines.  Through hands-on experience, the Co-Op will contribute to meaningful projects while developing a strong understanding of HR practices, talent management strategies, organizational culture initiatives, and leadership development programs within a global organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and execution of Strategic Talent Development programs and talent management processes. Provide project coordination and implementation support for global Strategic Talent Development initiatives and rollouts, collaborating with stakeholders across regions and functions. Assist with documentation, training materials, meeting coordination, stakeholder communications, and project tracking for enterprise talent initiatives.


• Support Culture & Engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and foster an engaging workplace environment. Assist in planning and coordinating site engagement activities, employee events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.


• Support Academic Relations and Emerging Talent programs, including university partnerships, career fairs, campus recruiting events, intern and co-op programming, and candidate engagement activities.


• Assist with logistics, scheduling, communications, and coordination for Leadership Academy programs and other learning and leadership development offerings. Help manage program materials, participant communications, attendance tracking, evaluations, and reporting related to learning initiatives.


• Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to support recruitment activities for Emerging Talent, internship, co-op, and entry-level roles. Participate in candidate sourcing, candidate experience initiatives, and recruitment process improvement efforts.


• Research industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and emerging talent programs.


• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business partners on special projects and continuous improvement opportunities.


• Gain exposure to a broad range of Human Resources functions while developing professional and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.


• Student must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship/co-op.


• Overall cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.


• Major or minor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.


• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at their current college or university.


• Graduate students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at their current college or university.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.


• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).


• Must be 18 years of age or older.
