This is Direct Hire with our Client

Job Description

In support of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy, the CR team is hiring an intern to support the development and implementation of key programs to help us meet our goals and 2015 targets in the areas of products, operations and people.

 

Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:


• Employee Engagement: Provide support to help drive program development of global employee engagement ambassador network

 • Community Engagement: Help support project to identify key cause areas that align to the business and development of a strategy for global community engagement; research skills-based volunteer opportunities that align with defined cause areas; process Matching Gifts requests; coordinate internal employee events and campaigns


• Internal Communications: Write articles for company intranet and develop new content for CR site on company intranet


• External Communications: Develop social media content on a variety of CR topics and stories; write case studies for external website demonstrating CR successes for products, operations and people

 • Respond to customer inquiries

 • Keep a pulse on key corporate responsibility and industry trends

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different levels and functions of the organization

• Experience working on cross-functional team

• Ability to work well with a variety of people and be flexible to take on different responsibilities as things change

• Ability to take a complex problem and break it down into components using a systems thinking approach

• Knowledge of key sustainability terms, definitions, issues, and trends

• Strong presentation, writing and communications skills

• Proficiency with excel

• Passion and desire to learn
