Assist with projects, research, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events.
Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records while ensuring confidentiality.
Support vendor coordination, purchasing activities, expense reports, and service requests.
Assist with invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking.
Compile reports, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare presentations for management.
Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer service to employees and business partners.
Support talent, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives as requested.
Perform other administrative, operational, and project-related duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting Human Resources, General Affairs, and executive leadership while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Customer-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in Human Resources, facilities operations, and business administration.
