We are in search of a Digital Media Intern who is action-oriented, creative, organized, and eager to turn marketing ideas into completed work. Working approximately 15 hours per week, this individual will gain hands-on experience creating digital content, executing social media initiatives, updating website content, and supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects, take ownership of clearly defined deliverables, collaborate effectively with the marketing team and technical subject-matter experts, and consistently follow through on deadlines, approvals, and final execution.

• Own and complete multiple digital projects at the same time, keeping priorities, timelines, approvals, and deliverables moving forward.
• Turn plans into finished work by creating approved social posts, graphics, short-form videos, photographs, captions, website updates, and campaign assets that follow TSTS brand standards.
• Maintain and execute assigned portions of the content calendar, proactively addressing deadlines, dependencies, and approval needs.
• Develop and publish audience-friendly content about selected TSTS services, company culture, community involvement, or client success stories.
• Coordinate occasional subject-matter expert interviews, gather the needed information, and convert it into a completed, approved content asset.
• Review and update assigned website pages or digital assets for accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and relevance, following identified issues through resolution.
• Track agreed-upon performance measures, report concise results, recommend next steps, and implement approved adjustments.
• Organize project and brand resources, provide clear progress updates, ask timely questions, and follow through until assigned work is complete.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, digital media, graphic design, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated preference for action, execution, and producing finished work rather than remaining in the planning stage.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects, organize competing priorities, maintain momentum, and meet deadlines.
• Strong ownership and follow-through, including proactively identifying next steps, communicating obstacles, and closing out assignments.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, time-management, and professional communication skills.
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Basic experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Illustrator.
• Ability to apply feedback quickly, exercise sound judgment, and handle company or client information responsibly.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant writing, design, photography, video, social media, or completed project work.
