Arconic is currently in search of Electrical Engineering Intern- Summer 2027 to join our team based in Davenport, Iowa.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Primary Responsibilities 
  • Shadow and assist Engineering groups throughout the Plant.
  • Researches and completes projects as assigned. 
  • Experience hands-on learning through real-world electrical systems.
  • Develop a mid-summer presentation to include project findings and solutions to teams across the organization.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Prior work experience
  • Expected graduation date of December 2028, or April/May/June 2028 or 2029
