 The School of Engineering at the College of New Jersey is seeking to fill the position of Office assistant in the STEM Building.

 Job description

Student Office Assistant provides support to the Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering  office - including answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting walk-ins, making deliveries, photocopying, preparing office mailings, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  •  Customer service skills, responsible, personable
  •   Detail-oriented, organized, and takes initiative
  •  Computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, WordPress or other website publishing software). 
  •  Students should have availability to work mid-day up to 3 hours per day 2-3 days per week.
