Responsibilities

  • Execute a pre-study physics/mathematics enabled AI platforms for data analysis for atomistic simulations

  • Create training and a white paper on use of physics/mathematics enabled AI platforms and tradeoffs

  • Atomistic simulations for NVM candidate devices

  • Electrical Characterization of devices

  • Layout work for next generation devices.

Requirements:



 


To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in a PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering at the time of the internship.
