Finance Intern - Spring 2026

Location: Tampa, FL

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of business valuations for businesses looking to obtain a small business loan.


• Analyze financial statements and tax returns and assist in the preparation of formatting the financial data into our templates.


• Perform industry research as necessary.


• Assist senior leaders with various administrative functions, such as, but not limited to: updating models/templates, streamlining processes.


• Engages in professional interaction with teammates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Pursuing MS and/or MBA, or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting degree


• Strong academic record with a 3.0 GPA or above.


• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word


• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn new things.


• Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in finance.


• Ability to work under pressure as a part of a small team with top company executives and senior management


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Highly organized, with the initiative and ability to multitask and work with limited supervision as a member of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
