The Information Technology Graduate Student Assistant supports Loyola Notre Dame Library’s educational technologies, makerspace tools, and staff hardware and software. This role provides support for staff and library technology, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with technology inventory maintenance.
The part-time assistant sets up, maintains, and removes hardware as needed. This position assists in maintaining a technology inventory, creating documentation, organizing library hardware storage, and providing assistance for staff, patrons, classes, and events.

About the Library: The Loyola Notre Dame Library, located in northern Baltimore City, is a member of the University System of Maryland and Affiliated Institutions (USMAI) and serves Loyola University Maryland and Notre Dame of Maryland University. The library serves as an integral part of the campuses by providing information services and resources to support the academic programs and educational concerns of the two institutions. Loyola University Maryland, a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities, is recognized for excellence in teaching and learning, and Notre Dame of Maryland University is a leader in intellectual and professional excellence in tandem with service to others. The Library serves a total student population of 5,525 FTE that includes 4,406 FTE at Loyola and 1,119 FTE at Notre Dame.
