  • Reporting and Data Exports: Generate and format standard reports from the EMR system for program staff, faculty, and clinical supervisors. Compile data summaries to support program evaluation and accreditation reporting.
  • User Support and System Configuration: Assist program staff, students, and preceptors with day-to-day EMR access, account setup, and basic troubleshooting. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the vendor or DTT as appropriate.
  • Interface and Data Exchange Support: Under supervisor direction, assist with reviewing data exchange processes between the EMR and associated systems, flagging discrepancies and documenting workflow steps.
  • Curriculum Support Tools (Medical Spanish): Assist with maintaining and updating digital materials and tools supporting the Medical Spanish curriculum, including content updates and basic system configuration. Other duties as assigned
