High School Students-Drive-Thru Team Member

This role is designed for high school students who want to work hard, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.

You will work after school and on weekends in a fast-paced environment where speed, teamwork, and attention to detail matter every shift.

This is not an “easy” job. It’s a place to build discipline, confidence, and real-world skills.

Position Type

• Part-Time (After School & Weekend Shifts)

Availability Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Available at least 2-3 weekdays (afternoon/evening shifts)
• Available to work Saturdays
• Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant

What You’ll Do

• Serve guests with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality, while being outside most of the time
• Work in a fast-paced team environment during high-volume periods
• Communicate clearly and stay focused when it’s busy
• Keep your area clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
• Take ownership of your role and support your team
