About JD Young Internship
The JD Young Internship Program aims to cultivate young talent by providing opportunities to enhance their professional skills and accelerate their growth. It is also designed to identify high-potential candidates suited for the JD Star Program.

Job Responsibilities
1.Human Resources Support: Handling employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management
2.Payroll & Benefits Support: Assisting monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and compliance
3.Operations & Systems Support: Supporting and improving global systems
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with global business units to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery
5.Employee Inquiry Support: Act as the first point of contact to respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation when needed

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance, Accounting, HR, Management, or Information Systems majors preferred)
2.Strong communication skills in English; cross-cultural teamwork experience is a plus
Proficient in office software, with basic data analysis skills
3.Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Hourly salary: 20USD
