LIM Group is currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team based in Wellington, Florida.

Job Description

- Lead recruitment process for all brands across Canada and US

- Act as a point of contact for new recruits at the North American headquarters

- Onboard all new employees by updating contact, insurance registration and new hire orientation

- Assist periodically in the auditing of HR files and records

- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

- Maintain HR files, records and documentation using COBRA paylocity

Requirements

 Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
