Job Description - Human Resources Department - Benefit and Compensation Team Intern

Overview The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the Attendance, Benefits and Payroll functions, as well as the Employee Morale Enhancement Program. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to Assist the Attendance & Payroll team to process daily attendance administration and coordinate with departments for timesheet adjustment Paid Time Off entitlement preparation for new hires and terminated employees for payroll processing Assist the Benefits team with processing benefits enrollment, termination, changes and preparing benefits orientation package Assist the department with office administration Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assignments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors; Master’s degree preferred 0-2 years of HR related experience with strong interest and passion in HR as a career required Be capable of multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing is a must, bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications. USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
