Intern, Human Resources - Summer, 2027

Summary

Join F&G as a Summer 2027 intern and gain relevant experience, professional development and incredible networking at a growing company. The Human Resources Intern will support the execution of F&G’s participation in the Des Moines Corporate Games, the 2026 Summer Internship Program and various projects within the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to the Des Moines Corporate Games and point of contact for team captains


• Plan and execute social and community engagement opportunities for Summer Internship Program


• Support Summer Internship Program development programming


• Support project work across Human Resources areas including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Workforce Intelligence and Business Partners.


• Support implementation of new platforms and processes within HR


• Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives and campus relations programs/processes

Experience & Education Requirements

• Pursuing business, psychology, education or related degree preferred


• Interest in human resources field


• Training and/or human resources experience preferred

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Project management


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Self-starter attitude and collaborative mindset
