Current enrollment in a college/university program or recent graduate (within the past 12 months)

Minimum availability of 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events or games

Strong interest in sports management, communications, operations, marketing, or related fields

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage deadlines in a fast -paced environment

Reliable transportation to and from team offices, events, and the stadium (Dallas -based roles)

Professionalism and a team -oriented attitude at all times

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, etc.)

For Football Operations roles: Comfort working in physically active settings and assisting with athletic equipment/setup

For Business Development or Social Media roles: Familiarity with social platforms, Canva, or basic editing tools is a plus

Hands -on experience in a professional sports environment with opportunities to contribute to real projects and game -day operations

Exposure to multiple departments within a growing arena football organization

Mentorship and networking with experienced professionals in football operations, marketing, and team management

Opportunity for academic credit, depending on school/program approval

Resume -building experience with a professional sports franchise

Official team gear and game -day credentials (as applicable)

Letter of recommendation and/or internship completion verification available upon successful participation

Potential for extended internship or future employment opportunities within the Bulls or Arena Sports Group network
