Whether you're looking for a job or not, the NDTC seeks to provide community members with access to resources, including tools, tips, and perspectives from other NDs, peer support opportunities, as well as for job openings.  When we have openings through our network of employers, we seek to connect you with roles that match your interests and experiences, and with organizations that have demonstrated their commitment to creating an inclusive and psychologically safe culture.

Should You Join the ND Talent Community?

  - You have a college degree and/or significant business experience. (As most of our jobs are specialized, education and/or related experience is sometimes required. If you aren’t sure, please apply anyway!)

  - You have a neurodistinct diagnosis or self -identify as neurodistinct. This includes, but is not limited to - Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, and PTSD.

Requirements

• Job roles are typically with corporations and are generally full -time, benefited positions. Occasionally an internship or contract work will become available with a client or to partner directly on internal roles.     
  
• ​Full or partial remote work options available for some positions.
