Law Clerk Opportunity - Fall 2026

Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm is seeking a part-time Law Clerk to join our Westchester, New York office during the academic year.

This opportunity is ideal for law students who want valuable, hands-on experience. As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with experienced attorneys on active client matters, develop practical legal skills, and gain exposure to a wide variety of practice areas within a firm that values it’s people, collaboration, professional growth, development, and true mentorship.

Assignments may include conducting legal research, drafting memoranda and correspondence, reviewing pleadings and case materials, assisting with litigation matters and preparation, and supporting attorneys on a range of client matters across a plethora of practice groups.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
• Open to 1L and 2L students
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
