Weyerhaeuser is seeking Summer 2027 interns to support maintenance and/or operations teams in a variety of roles at our wood products manufacturing facilities in Raymond and Longview, Washington. Pay is competitive and based on class standing, major, and qualifications, ranging from $20.29 to $32.25 per hour.
We are looking for driven, curious, and motivated students who are excited to gain meaningful, hands-on experience during a 2-to-3-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in exploring both the technical and business sides of wood products manufacturing while building leadership skills and contributing to meaningful work.
As an intern, you'll receive a personalized development experience with exposure to a variety of projects across mill operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to business objectives, and gain valuable insight into how our company operates. Your experience may include learning about and supporting work related to product flow, manufacturing processes, quality management, safety culture, cross-functional teamwork, operational and financial performance, and the opportunities and challenges facing our industry.
Throughout your internship, you'll tackle real-world challenges, expand your knowledge of manufacturing, and build skills that can help prepare you for your future career.
