The Food and Beverage Manager-in-Training Program is a career development opportunity for those that are interested in beginning their hospitality career. This position will immerse themselves in all areas of the Food and Beverage discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the leaders within all Outlets  and Culinary departments 

• Become proficient with operating systems used in the restaurant

• Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality

• Understand steps of service and ensure compliance with Food and Beverage Standard Operating Procedures and Policies

• Perform any other job related duties as assigned
