Marketing Director

“We Leaders” is the first program that combines three complementary courses “Leadership skills,” “Event Management,” and “Volunteering.”

The goal of volunteering is to encourage the participants to volunteer to gain experience, help the community, grow their connections, and create value. Leadership skills will allow them to lead and motivate a team. Event management will help them create and organize an event.

The added value of this program is the combination of the courses that will give the participants the opportunity to enhance their skills. This program will provide them with the required tools to succeed in their future projects and to be active members in their community.

The job description of a Marketing Director is: supervise and divide the tasks to the Marketing Officers, create and design posters, use social media, make outbound calls to institutions and individuals in a professional and courteous manner, data entry, conduct job interviews, supervise the distribution of posters, attend some sessions of the program for taking photos/ videos for social media promotion and communicate with the attendees/ clients.

(It is very important to know how to create posters)

The Marketing Director will report to the Founder/ CEO.

Qualifications:

• Marketing experience and understanding of principles, strategies, and tactics
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in poster design using graphic design tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to meet deadlines
• Photography and videography skills preferred
• Competency in data entry and analysis
• Willingness to contribute time and effort voluntarily

Experience: Student / Recent Graduate
