Build a successful professional future with Bühler and become a Bühler Apprentice!
Apprentices earn a debt-free associate degree of applied science and gain skills in the mechanical and electronic field.
The apprenticeship is a formalized, 3-year dual training program that combines structured on-the-job training and related technical instruction. We connect learning directly to the world of work. Apprentices are paid, full-time employees of Bühler for the entire length of the program and receive benefits. Earn while you learn!
All training, classes, tools, books, uniforms and a computer are paid for by Bühler. Upon completion of the program the apprentices receive their Journeyworker Card from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, an associate’s degree of applied science from Hennepin Technical College, and international Mechatronics credentials through the ICATT Apprenticeship program (www.icattapprenticeships.com).
Candidates interested in this opportunity should apply here and will then be invited to an open house or a tour at Buhler Inc. to receive more information. New apprentices are chosen in spring and start at Bühler in August of each year.
