You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines while exploring how AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can improve employee experience and business outcomes.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and help redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, simplicity, and user experience;


• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions across HR;


• Support HR transformation initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Partnering, Learning, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, and Organizational Effectiveness;


• Use data and analytics to generate insights, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement;


• Collaborate with HR, technology, data, and business teams to develop innovative user-centered solutions and future-state ways of working.

This internship is designed as a launchpad for a future career in Human Resources. You will:

• Build foundational knowledge across core HR disciplines;

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in AI and Emerging Technologies, Data Analytics, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline with an interest in the future of work;


• Strong curiosity and desire to learn how Human Resources operates within a global organization;


• Passion for understanding how technology, AI, and digital innovation are transforming the future of work;


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities;


• Comfort working with data, digital tools, and emerging technologies;


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and effectively.
