Job Description - Office Support Intern

Summary
Work alongside the Applications Department at a long-established compressor distribution company specializing in dependable equipment and systems for compressed air, gas, process gas, and hydraulic applications, supporting daily organization and office operations.

Draft and update internal procedures to improve organization and consistency
Manage order processing and email communication using ERP system (NetSuite)
Maintain accurate records and data entry across multiple systems
Develop and organize spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff

Requirements

Must be actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (100% drug-free workplace)
