RIGHT NOW.\n\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer, including disabled \u0026 veterans. \n\nPrimary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Waterloo, IA \nFunction: Customer Experience (CA) \nTitle: Part Time Student - Product Support - Waterloo, IA - 119494 \nOnsite/Remote:Onsite Position\n\nNote: Relocation assistance is not provided.\n\nThe Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company\u2019s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.\n\n## Your Responsibilities\n\nAs a Part-Time Student-Product Support for Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will be:\n\n * Support the Large Tractor Product Support Team with Product Improvement Program (PIP) administration and data \u0026 analytics requests.\n * Create Dashboards to visualize machine and product support data.\n * Work in conjunction with the Machine Health Team to research machine data for Expert Alerts.\n * Work with other Product Support teams to share Machine Support Data to build business cases for product changes and improvements. \n\n\n\nThis position is not available to students on immigration visas.\n\n## What Skills You Need\n\n * Pursuing a degree in computer science, data and analytics, technical systems (engineering); others may apply.\n * Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university.\n * Graduation date of May 2027 or later.\n * Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.\n * Available to work 16-20 hours weekly during the academic year.\n * Available to work 30-40 hours weekly during the summer semester.\n * Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, Iowa, a minimum of 3 days weekly year-round. \n\n\n\n## What Makes You Stand Out\n\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n * High level of attention to detail and accuracy.\n * Basic analytics experience.\n * Ability to develop presentations and present in business meetings.\n * Microsoft Office experience, Tableau, Power BI. \n\n\n\nAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
