Part-Time / Temporary Parts Entry & Verification Clerk

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team on a part-time/temporary basis. This role focuses on entering parts into our system and checking paperwork against part numbers to ensure accuracy. 

Enter and update parts information in the inventory/database system 

Check paperwork (invoices, purchase orders, receipts, work orders) against part numbers (P/Ns) for accuracy, where applicable 

Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities match supporting documentation 

File and organize physical and digital paperwork related to parts processing 

Qualifications 

Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent 

Must be at least 16 years old (proof of age required at hire per Florida law) 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel; comfortable learning new systems) 

Good organizational and time-management skills 

Prior experience with data entry, inventory systems, or office administration a plus 

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30 hrs./week)

Start Date: Immediately 

Duration: Through early/mid-August 2026 (position ends before the 2026-2027 school year begins on August 13)
