The Supply Chain Intern (Non-Technical) position provides an opportunity for a college student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The intern will work under the guidance of a supervisor and mentor to support business initiatives, process improvements, and data management activities. This role will help the intern develop practical skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and business analysis while contributing meaningful work to the organization.
Experience & Education
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Management, or other related field.
• Strong academic standing and demonstrated interest in learning about manufacturing or industrial business environments.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support within assigned department.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of findings for review by leadership.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas or perspectives on process improvements.
• Support the creation or revision of documentation, forms, or communication materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned business projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work assignments.
• Engage in learning activities, training sessions, and professional development events.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Primarily office-based with use of computers, office equipment, and communication tools.
• May involve limited site visits or tours of operational facilities depending on department.

• Minimal travel required; may include short trips for meetings, training, or site visits depending on project needs.
