Real Estate eMarketing Guru

This posting is for an internship starting Spring/Summer 2016.

Help a small company become a big company!  

You must be passionate about real estate, small business and eMarketing.  If you want experience learning how to build and grow a small company then this is your chance!  We need savvy, smart, funny and personable interns to build out our email marketing and social media campaigns as we try to automate processes and create repeatable systems. 

If you want to be exposed to real estate management, acquisitions, dealing with investors, valuing properties, project management, renovations and stories of crazy tenants then look no further. You will have a chance to learn real estate from the ground up as we build our presence in the DFW Metroplex. 

Basic Qualitifications:

 - an "I'll do anything to succeed" attitude (ethically of course)

 - can't remember ever saying "thats not my job"

 - love Real Estate and desire to have your own investment real estate in the future

 - eMarketing campaign experience including the following: email, social media, copywriting as well as design & layout of emails and editing of videos

 - managing a social media presence

You will own the creation of our campaign and marketing strategy with daily guidance from the leadership team. 

Preferred Qualifications:

 - pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising though any relevant experience will be considered as long as you are pursuing your degree

 - knowledge of real estate, rentals, and property management

 - working for a fast growing business
