Job Description - People & Talent Intern (International Recruitment) September 2026
At Bosch Service Solutions, we believe Talent Acquisition is not just about filling roles — it’s about changing lives. One conversation, one interview, one opportunity can shape someone’s entire career path. We’re looking for an International Recruitment Intern who feels that calling. Someone who enjoys building genuine connections, who naturally makes others feel comfortable and seen, and who finds real satisfaction in helping people take the next step in their journey. If you’re the kind of person who brings positive energy into a room, enjoys being surrounded by people from different cultures, and approaches challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset — you might be exactly who we’re looking for. You’ll join our international Talent Acquisition team and support the full recruitment journey — from first contact with candidates to onboarding — helping us create meaningful experiences along the way. You won’t just “support processes.” You’ll help orchestrate opportunities. You’ll receive a personalized learning plan, continuous feedback, and hands-on experience in an international environment where you can grow both professionally and personally. You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field You’re available for a full-time internship (6 months) You’re fluent in English; additional languages like German or Spanish are a big plus
