• High school diploma or equivalent

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESIDENT ASSISTANT - CNA TRAINEE?

You start this role as a Resident Assistant, then transition to a CNA Trainee. Your time will be spent working alongside CNA staff on PM or NOC shifts. While you assist residents with daily activities-such as grooming, meals, and mobility-you'll also attend scheduled CNA classes, paid while you learn. After completing training and passing your exam, you'll transition into a CNA role and continue making a positive impact every day!
