As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will be tasked with using AI to improve productivity and transform how sales teams work. This is not a passive learning role—we want someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, and actively looks for ways to solve problems and add value.


What Will You Do?


Primary responsibilities include



  • Support the coordination and execution of Global Sales Enablement programs at SentinelOne

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and help design AI-driven solutions (e.g., prompt libraries, chatbots, automation workflows) that support sellers across the sales cycle

  • Take ownership of small projects and contribute ideas that enhance enablement effectiveness and efficiency

  • Assist with program administration, communications, and stakeholder coordination

  • Contribute to the development, organization, and maintenance of enablement content across internal and partner-facing platforms

  • Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and recommend practical applications for the sales organization.


What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?


Ideal candidates will have: 



  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated passion for AI, automation, and productivity tools

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on projects

  • High level of maturity, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, enablement, and operations teams

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outcomes

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Technology, Education, or a related field
